PM Modi criticizes opposition for disrupting Parliament over demonetization issue

ProMASS: DEC 10,2016:    Prime Minister Narendra Modi today criticized opposition for disrupting Parliament over demonetisation issue. He also said that he is not allowed to speak and express his views on the issue in the Parliament. Mr. Modi inaugurated Amul’s new state of art cheese factory in Banaskantha district of Gujarat.

Addressing a farmers’ rally in Banaskantha district of North Gujarat today, he urged the opposition parties to make all kinds of efforts in spreading the awareness about digital banking among the people stepping aside the political differences. Mr. Modi assured people that the inconvenience because of demonetization would soon be reduced. He called demonetization as an essential step to make India corruption-free.

Earlier, He praised the work of farmers of Banaskantha districts for transforming the deserted land into green fields. He asked milk and dairy producers to engage in research and development in processing commercial crops like castor to benefit large number of castor growing farmers in the state.
