JRBT results: Prepare for next round, do not pay heed to rumors, says Tripura ICA Minister Sushanta Chowdhury to successful candidates
After publication of the JRBT results on November 30 for total 4910 posts in Group C and Group D category, ICA Minister of Tripura Sushanta Chowdhury urged the qualified candidates to prepare for the next round of the process – personal interview – without paying heed to rumors.
The Personal interview is likely to be held this month after document verification and other processes are completed. The successful candidates having PRTC of Tripura would get preference as per the decision of the State cabinet, said the ICA Minister in a press meeting in Agartala on Thursday (Dec 1).

Labour Minister Bhagaban Das, secretary Abhishek Singh and Chairperson of JRBT Aditi Majumdar were also present in the press meet.
“The Government wants to provide job in a transparent manner. After the results of JRBT written tests were out, JRBT authority would start verification of documents for the upcoming personal interview and the successful candidates should focus on preparing them for the Interview”, Chowdhury said.
The ICA Minister said the written examination for 4910 posts of Group-C and Group-D was taken in August 2021. About 1 lakh 31 thousand candidates appeared in the exams.
Among them, more than 24 thousand candidates have passed the examinations for Group-C and Group-D posts. The result of the written examination has been published under Group-C, in 1:3 and under Group-D in 1:6 proportional rates.
Chowdhury added, there are total 2 thousand 410 posts under Group-C. Among these, there are 1 thousand 500 LDC posts, 465 posts of Agri Assistant (except TAFS Grade-III), 236 posts of Junior Operator Pump and 209 posts of Junior Multi Tasking Operator. Besides, there are total 2 thousand 500 posts under Group-D, he said.
Secretary of the department Abhishek Singh said the Personal Interview is likely to held in the 3rd or 4th week of December subject to completion of certain procedures. He said, the results have been published in two of the department websites www.jrbtripura.com and www.employment.tripura.gov.in and clearly mentioned to stay away from any other websites for the results.
