Speaking at a program organized to celebrate the 125th birth anniversary of poet Kazi Nazrul Islam at Renter's Colony area in Agartala on Saturday, the Chief Minister said that the life stories and history of all these great men teach us that a lot can be gained through suffering. We can get the idea of doing something for the society from them. I would like to thank Maitri Sansad and the 125th Kazi Nazrul Islam Birth Anniversary Committee for working for the society. The way they are trying to take this area towards the goal of development is commendable. We have also extended our cooperation from the state government. Because our life is in this culture. Nothing will happen without culture.

Dr. Saha praised the initiative of Maitri Sansad

Dr. Saha also praised the initiative of the late eminent poet and writer Shyamal Chowdhury, who was behind the organization of this program. The environment of Renters Colony has changed. For this, the work of Maitri Sansad and other committees deserves appreciation. It is very nice to have guests from West Bengal and Bangladesh here. The Chief Minister also expressed his opinion that if everyone could take a picture in a good situation, it would be worth remembering.

Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury, office bearers of the organizing committee and other dignitaries were present as distinguished guests at the function.
