Tripura lauds achievement of 100 crore vaccination milestone

As India achieved an inevitable milestone on October 21, 2021 of vaccinating 100 crore people against Coronavirus, Tripura along with the entire nation burst into celebrations.

 

100-crore-VaccinationA huge bike rally was brought out in Agartala on Friday hailing the momentous strides initiated under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and achieving the milestone of innoculation of 100 crore citizens of the country against the Coronavirus.

 

BJP State committee general secretary Tinku Roy, Minister Ramprasad Pal and BJP Organizational Minister Phanindra Nath Sharma were present in the rally.

 

The participants lauded the effort of the Prime Minister in achieving 100 crore inoculation mark.

 

Earlier, immediately after India achieved the target on Thursday (October 21, 2021) of vaccinating 100 crore people, Tripura Chief Minister lauded the effort and thanked the Prime Minister for achieving the milestone within Nine months after the first Health Worker in India was inoculated.

 

In a Facebook post, Deb wrote on Thursday, “India achieves the inevitable under the leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, 100 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses administered”. He further wrote, I congratulate the Prime Minister, all the health workers and the entire country.

 

Chief Medical Officer of West Tripura District Debashis Das also hailed the achievement on Thursday on the occasion of reaching 100 crore Covid Vaccination Nation-wide. Das expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, all the Health care workers, line departments of the State administration, and the citizen of West Tripura District to make the vaccination drive a happening one to achieve 99 percent of first dose and 65 percent of second dose of COVID vaccination.

 

To mark the momentous achievement, Bhubaneswari Temple in Rajnagar of Gomati district of Tripura is lit up on Thursday.
